Broiled Grapefruit The Little Dessert Cookbook Vegan

Working on old recipes has always been an experience that interests me; there is something about the memory of a particular meal or dessert that pulls me in to revise ingredients.

Selecting recipes that I have worked on through the years is an investment in time.  I wanted this dessert cookbook to be something a little different; I wanted it to be a book that you want to pull off the shelf and use.  

When I am looking for a cookbook to add to my collection, there is usually a combination of elements including text, graphics and/or culinary photography that make the experience of reading it very personal; I wanted that for this cookbook.  Hopefully the recipes that I have developed, as well as the style of this book will appeal to you and become a part of your culinary repertoire.

It was my intent for you to enjoy the accomplishment of baking wholesome Vegan desserts at home for a fraction of what it costs to pay retail prices.  Enjoy and happy baking!
